Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to issue any refunds after 24 hours, as we start production as soon as an order comes in and block out the date and time you requested.  After 24hours, you will be issued a credit in your account which can be used within 6 months of initial purchase. By placing your order, you understand that refunds are not given after 24 hours under any circumstances.  Orders that are refunded within the 24hour period are subject to a 10% restock fee if we have started production.  We are always happy to use your credit towards any other purchase or order within 6 months as long as you postpone your order 7 full days before your event.

During the winter months, the latex in our garlands can last up to a week. Below freezing temperatures, snow, rain and wind can all lead to possible damage to your install outside.  Garlands last up to 6 weeks indoors and we are happy to provide you with install instructions.  During the summer months, we STRONGLY recommend that garlands are installed in a heavily shaded area out of direct sunlight. We also recommend if the garland will be in the sun, trying to avoid dark colors, as they attract heat and can lead to popping in your garland.

Order dates can be changed be sending an email or via your order portal.
Our balloons are made with 100% natural latex. Balloons are not guaranteed to last after installation outdoors due to the weather. Indoors, our balloons can last up to 6 weeks! Latex may oxidize when outside, especially in the heat, which could lead to color shifts in your garland; specifically a matte like finish.

Foil balloons do not last long outside and are not guaranteed when outside past delivery.
